Generalized anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, phobias, and OCD can make daily life feel overwhelming. We work with you to find the right treatment plan, whether that means medication, coordination with your therapist, or both.
Attention and focus challenges look different in children than in adults. Dr. T has fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry and treats ADHD across all ages with careful evaluation and individualized care.
Your first visit is a conversation, not a test. Dr. T will review your history, ask about what's been going on, and take the time to understand your situation before recommending a treatment plan.
His approach to medication is careful and measured: the right medication at the right dose, with careful monitoring over time. The goal of your first appointment is to give you a clearer picture of next steps.
